At Marge Games ("Marge Games," "we," "us," or "our"), we make lighthearted games for the way you actually hang out — from cozy mobile apps like Snack Society to tabletop games for game night. This policy applies to our mobile and digital applications, our tabletop games and related materials, and our website (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information you give us

• Contact & messages. If you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write.
• Mailing list. If you sign up to hear about new games (like our Bookish waitlist), we collect your email address.
• Purchases & shop. If you buy physical games or merchandise from us, we (or our payment and fulfillment providers) collect the information needed to process and ship your order, such as your name, shipping address, and contact details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically (digital apps & website)

• Usage & device data. When you use our apps or website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, general location (e.g., country), and how you interact with the Services.
• Analytics & performance. We may use analytics and crash-reporting tools (for example, those provided by Apple or trusted third parties) to understand how our games are used and to fix bugs.
• In-app purchases. Purchases made inside our apps are processed by the relevant app store (such as the Apple App Store). The app store — not Marge Games — handles your payment information; we receive limited transaction details such as confirmation that a purchase occurred.
• Cookies & similar technologies. Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Tabletop games

Our physical tabletop games generally do not collect any personal information on their own. We only receive information about you in connection with tabletop games if you contact us, sign up for updates, register a product, or buy from our shop.

• To respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests;

• Email updates. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
• Access & deletion. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Device controls. You can manage app permissions, advertising identifiers, and analytics options through your device or browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion.
